Your application is welcome if you have prior experience of providing care, either professionally or to a family member.
If you don’t have any prior experience of care, you should still apply, as you will be provided with expert training, support and guidance to start your new vocation as a support worker.
You will be trained to the very highest standard, so that you will feel confident that you are able to provide the best levels of support to the people you are supporting.
The most important qualities required are for you to be kind, caring, compassionate, and to genuinely want to enable the people who you are supporting.
You will be visiting people in their own homes and if you are a driver this will maximise the opportunities open to you.
If you don’t drive there are also opportunities available for you so long as you are able to walk or cycle to appointments or use public transport.
